Initial Lockets
This afternoon, with the help of students in grades 5, Beatriz her tutor, the English teacher Bea and Maribel, we held a workshop to create our own medallions of Egypt. The material we needed was: modeling clay, gold and black tempera paint and punches. To prepare them, the first thing we did was give the medal form modeling clay. Then with the punches have drawn the initial lockets of our name in hieroglyphs (such as writing the Egyptians). Then we colored medallion with gold paint.
